Who We Are

A Consulting Firm Born Inside Television

World of Idea was founded by Willian Corrêa, a broadcast executive with more than 30 years of hands-on experience leading television stations and newsrooms across Africa, Brazil, Europe, and the United States. Unlike traditional consulting firms, World of Idea does not advise from the outside. Every engagement is led by someone who has sat in the director’s chair, managed editorial crises, rebuilt newsrooms, and navigated the complex realities of running a broadcast organization.

The company was created to address a gap in the media consulting market: the absence of advisors who truly understand the operational, editorial, and cultural dynamics of television in Portuguese-speaking Africa and Latin America. Most international consulting firms bring frameworks designed for Western markets. World of Idea brings frameworks built from the inside of the markets it serves.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, World of Idea works with television station owners, boards of directors, and executive teams who are serious about transformation — whether that means rebuilding a newsroom, repositioning a brand, modernizing operations, or navigating a period of strategic change.
